Salam semangat buat seluruh Tenaga Kesehatan Dokter, Dokter Gigi, Tenaga Kesehatan Lingkungan, Ahli Teknologi Laboratorium Medik, Tenaga Kefarmasian dan Tenaga Gizi. Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia melalui Pengumuman Nomor: DG.02.02/2.2/3206/2019 tentang Rekrutmen Tenaga Kesehatan Nusantara Sehat Individual Periode II Tahun 2019 kembali melaksanakan Program Nusantara Sehat berbasis Individual Periode Tahun 2019. Sebelumnya, program ini sudah dilaksanakan semenjak tahun 2017, yang telah mengerahkan 4.342 orang tenaga kesehatan di 1.302 lokus puskesmas pada 228 Kabupaten/Kota di 30 Provinsi se-Indonesia pada Daerah Tertinggal, Perbatasan dan Kepulauan (DTPK). 

Kementerian Kesehatan kembali membuka peluag bagi Putra-Putri terbaik Bangsa untuk bergabung menjadi Tenaga Kesehatan Nusantara Sehat Individual Periode II Tahun 2019.

Berikut ini Ketentuan  Program Nusantara Sehat berbasis Individual Periode Tahun 2019:

Jenis Tenaga Kesehatan yang dibutuhkan :

1. Dokter 
2. Dokter Gigi
3. Tenaga Kesehatan Lingkungan 
4. Ahli Teknologi Laboratorium Medik
5. Tenaga Kefarmasian
6. Tenaga Gizi

 Persyaratan Pendaftaran :

1. Warga Negara Indonesia (WNI) 
2. Usia maksimal 48 Tahun 
3. Tidak sedang terikat perjanjian / kontrak kerja dengan instansi lain pemerintah / swasta dan tidak berkedudukan sebagai CPNS/PNS/Calon Anggota TNI/Polri serta anggota TNI/Polri 
4. Status sudah menikah atau belum menikah 
5. Sehat jasmani dan rohani 
6. Bebas narkota 
7. Berkelakuan baik 
8. Wajib memiliki STR yang masih berlaku (Surat Keterangan STR yang sedang diproses tidak berlaku/tidak diterima)
9. Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh wilayah Indonesia sesuai kebutuhan Kementerian Kesehatan 
10. Berpartisipasi pada program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional dibuktikan dengan memiliki Kartu Indonesia Sehat (KIS). 

 File-file yang harus di upload pada saat pendaftaran :

1.  Pas Foto 
2. Scan Ijazah
3. Scan STR yang masih berlaku
4. Scan KTP
5. Scan Kartu Keluarga
6. Sertifikat Pelatihan 

 Semua file yang diupload harus kurang dari 250 kb.

Catatan : Bagi Peserta yang sudah pernah mengikuti proses pendaftaran pada periode yang lalu, akun masih dapat digunakan untuk mendaftar.
